Hello my dear readers. I was thinking about writing a blog post, but I postponed it weeks after weeks. I felt like I have nothing to say, but I really do. It is only my thoughts trying to trick me. I am working on that 🙂 I would like to share my morning routine. I hope you will find it useful.
Wake up earlier than your partner
I am not a morning person. Or should I say, I love spending my mornings alone? During the years, I understood how much I appreciate waking up earlier. I am more happier and calm during the day. I love spending hour or two being in a quiet.
When was the last time you have experienced the silence of the morning? How all birds, plants and trees are waking up? This is such a magical moment. To observe and simply be in a moment with a nature.
I love open the bedroom door and see my dog Tera. She wiggles the tail and comes to me, to be hugged. Yes, you heard correctly. She loves having a hug in the morning.
I guess you all have heard about writing and how it can have a strong effect on your daily routine or life. I am one of those people who thought “No, I will never write, this is not for me.” Turns out I can not start my day without writing anymore. I do write about current thoughts which are twisting in my head. Sometimes I only write about my future. You can write about anything you want. It helps. Sometimes I do write poems. Yes, I am very surprised about that also!
I like doing morning stretches. I just love love love to feel my body. I love to feel my strongest and my weakest body parts. It gives me a chance to improve. I usually end up with doing very light full body workout.
Taking my dog out
I enjoy so much taking my dog out. She makes me very happy and she knows it. Am I the only one who says to the dog, that she loves her? I don’t think so 🙂 I usually walk by her side and I like to study what she finds and just see how happy and energised she is! It gives me a huge smile on my face.
I do end up my morning routine with a delicious breakfast. I usually do 16-18hours fasting before my breakfast. I just love how my sleep has improved and how much energy I have during the day because of fasting. My breakfast contains 3-5 eggs, 1 tomato, a little bit of broccoli, 2 asparagus and few spoons of green yogurt. I like having those vegetables in my fridge. I love having the same breakfast each morning. It saves time and I don’t have to worry about what to eat the next morning.
This is my simply morning routine. It took me some time to figure out what works best for me and my body. I am happy I invested time and effort to find out. I would love to hear from you too! Please share your morning routine tips with all of us. 🙂
